Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, cornstarch, soy sauce, and rice wine (if using). Toss to coat.

Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
