A brightly coloured dish featuring tender chicken and crunchy bell peppers with wok-tossed noodles in a coconutty peanut sauce. Red chilli, coriander and a squeeze of lime juice bring it all to life and put the “bang” into the dish! We've kept it to a zingy but enjoyable heat level for all. Feel free to add some extra chopped chillies on top for aesthetics and more spiciness, if desired!
