So good. I followed the recipe with a little extra minced garlic and no scallions. Was delicious served with Korean ground beef. Oh so good. I'm so full. They complimented each other perfectly.

Super yum and sooo easy. I used normal oyster mushrooms and crisped them up well before adding sauce.
