Instructions

Step 1
Chop the ends off of the enoki mushroom keeping the remainder in the bag then sprinkle some vinegar inside and water and shake then rinse off . Pat dry with paper towels then place in a circle on a large frying pan on medium heat

Step 2
Put the butter in the middle and as it melts add 3 minced cloves of garlic the sliced scallion and the soy sauce and let it all sizzle and melt together . Brush this all over the mushrooms from Time to time To coat in the delicious flavor and cook for about 7 more minutes

Step 3
Sprinkle the five spice all over then garnish with some sliced chilli
