½ tspcaster sugar

10gmint leaves
finely chopped

10gparsley leaves
finely chopped, or 20g if your carrots didn’t come with green tops

100gbaby gem lettuce
separated and halved lengthways

100gwhite chicory
root trimmed, leaves separated and halved lengthways

200gbutterhead lettuce
separated, larger leaves halved lengthways

30gpistachio kernels
toasted, lightly crushed in a mortar
