optional but adds an nice and unexpected touch of sweetness

¼ cupblack olives
diced

⅛ cupparsley
chopped, I've made it with both curly and flat leaf parsley

¼ cupfresh dill
chopped

½ cupolive oil

¼ cupred wine vinegar

1 tablespoondijon mustard

1 tablespooncane sugar
