Step 1
Combine flour, salt, and baking powder into a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, seperate the egg yolk from the egg white. Mix the egg yolks with the milk, vanilla, agave syrup, and melted butter together.
Step 3
Pour the wet ingredient mixture into the dry ingredients and stir till mostly incorporated.
Step 4
Beat the egg whites until stiff and scoop it through the mixture.
Step 5
Spray a square baking thin with non-sticking spray. Place the mixture into the baking thin and add blueberries or anything your like on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
