Instructions
Step 1
In first bowl whisk eggs, in second bowl add flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper, in third bowl add panko crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Step 2
Line baking sheet with foil, brush with 1 tbsp. oil.
Step 3
Cube your salmon into 1-2oz nuggets. One by one, drop nuggets in flour, shake off, drop nuggets in egg wash then in panko bowl. Then add to baking sheet. Drizzle remaining oil over nuggets. Pre-heat oven at 450˚F degrees and bake for 14-16 minutes.

Yogurt Dill Dipping Sauce:
