Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta as directed to al dente in salted water. Drain but reserve some of the pasta water
Step 2
Put drained pasta back into pot (or a large skillet) with 1/4 cup of pasta water. Turn to medium heat
Step 3
To the pot add sauce ,ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese, season with salt & pepper. Combine well until it forms evenly into sauce
Step 4
Serve topped with fresh basil and another sprinkle of parmesan
