Instructions

Step 1
Place the cut Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and the optional umami seasoning. Add the apple cider vinegar and toss everything together until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
