One Pan Cheesy Smoked Sausage Pasta Skillet

Like quick homemade mac and cheese with sausage. Good for one night in a pinch. Would not make on a regular basis.

I used cajun smoked sausage. If you're not a huge cheese lover than dial it down. Aside from the cheese being a bit intense for me it was great.

I had a head count of 10, and next time I would probably use 1 can of diced tomato (used 2 per directions) and add some kind of sauce. I used meat sauce but would experiment with other sauces.

We all felt that this was just okay. I felt that there was no real flavor. Perhaps a mix of cheeses and some red pepper flakes would give it what it's missing. I would make it again, but tweak it.
