This cheesy one pot pasta dish is packed with veggies, but you’d never know it! The recipe is also flexible in that you can skip certain veggies if you’d like. Perfect for those picky eaters 😊 And who doesn’t love a one pot dish?!

Step 1
Cut your sausage and onion

Add oil to a pan on medium high heat and begin sautéing your sausage and onion

While your sausage and onion cooks, chop your remaining veggies

Once your sausage has some brown to it and your onion is mostly translucent, add you remaining veggies and diced tomatoes

Season and for about 5 minutes

Add bow tie pasta and mix

Add milk and broth. Stir until noodles are almost fully covered
Step 8
Cover your pan and bring to a rolling simmer
Step 9
Stir occasionally until noodles are cooked and liquid is mostly absorbed, about 15 minutes
Step 10
Once cooked, stir in cheese
Step 11
Serve and enjoy!
