Creamy Mozzarella Pasta with Smoked Sausage

The recipe said 50 minutes but it was much quicker for me. I'm not a big sausage person but my husband and kids loved it.

Very creamy and tasty, good kick to it. Added tomato paste, onion/garlic powder, oregano, and Italian seasoning. Extra cheese too!

I used regular diced tomatoes because it's all I had. Begrudgingly, left red pepper flakes out. The grandson is here and I didn't want it too spicy for him. Super easy to make and yummy. Great weeknight meal.

Lacked flavor

Simple, quick and easy. I threw some spinach in it. It's good!

My husband loves this. He definitely wants this again. I added some extra seasonings to it to make a little more flavorful. I added tomato’s instead because I didn’t have any dried tomatoes.

I tweaked the recipe a little to use what I had on hand (cherry tomatoes from the garden rather than sun dried tomatoes) and also added extra seasoning for more of a kick (slap ya mama, chili powder, pepper). This turned out amazing! The entire family, kids included, ate it and there was no left overs! Will definitely be making this again :)

Sauce needed more flavor

Good but bland, I’d definitely add more seasoning to this. Super easy to make!

I liked it but I’m the only one in my house that did besides my two year old. I added some Colby jack cheese to the top as it was just a little bland before I added it. Probably won’t make again but I enjoyed it.

Added cajun seasoning to give it more flavor.

Remove cream and sun dried tomatoes

Delicious! Will probably add a sharper cheese to it next time

Taste really good I added about 1/2c of pasta water to the cream because it was a little thick

Delicious! (but not for date night) the oils, spice, and milk, cheese combo really did a number on our intestines but it was so good I didn't mind having to pull out the Fabreeze. lol Will make this often, but maybe take a gas pill first.

It wasn't really bad but not really good either. Salt should not be the make or break of a receipe. The sausage made it great but the sauce should not be so bland that it has no flavor until salt is added.
