I made a couple variations: no cheese & spinach instead of rocket plus I have strawberry balsamic used instead of plain. Very good recipe I will use it again. The only annoying thing is the Maple Walnuts stick to your teeth while eating... Haven't decided if it was annoying enough not to use the next time because they were a very nice sweet crunch.
