No-Waste Tacos de Carnitas With Salsa Verde Recipe

I used a 1/4 c orange juice with a tsp or so of freeze dried orange peel. Soaked the peel in the juice before pouring over the meat. I also used lard instead of vegetable oil.

Cooked in Ninja Foodi on high pressure setting, ran for 20 mins but concluded it wasn't done so let it go for another 10. Maybe try 25 next time?
