Spinach Chicken Casserole with Cream Cheese and Mozzarella

It's quite tasty and quick and easy to make

I will try to add spinach in the mix to increase the vegtable variety

I’d add a spin on it to add more flavor. I used boneless chicken thighs for better juicier chicken, then I used a packet of Parmesan seasoning mix. I chopped the chicken into smaller squares in order to have better texture. Instead of baking I cooked the chicken in a pan, added spinach waited for it to wilt down then added cream cheese. Transfer to a oven safe dish. Sprinkle mozzarella on top. Then broil in oven til cheese is browned.

Had to cook longer than 30 minutes. Added a little more salt and garlic salt than the recipe called for. Delicious!

Take it from me, this is not as good as it looks. Flavors are rather bland. Cream cheese doesn’t do anything for this dish. Find a better recipe, these downvotes are truth.

Wasn't compelled by the flavors.

I added parmesan cheese to the top and it came out so delicious!! The cream cheese almost gives it a rangoon vibe! will definately be making this again.
