Tofu cacciatore is incredible and probably our favorite tofu recipe of all. Inspired by my Italian grandma's chicken cacciatore, we cook the tofu with a rich tomato sauce, olives, and herbs.We gave this to tofu-haters, and they LOVED it. It's a restaurant-worthy meal that you can easily make at home, with little effort, in about 30 minutes, and with a few simple ingredients.
