Basque Cheesecake

I baked it in a loaf pan. Makes slicing and portioning much easier.

Suuuper easy to make, stays white for most of the baking time and then browns up quickly towards the end! Could have been a little sweeter, I think 10-20% more sugar and it would’ve been perfect!

The pie dish I used was not wide enough, would recommend using a shallow wider one
