Step 1
Add cut brussel sprouts to a large bowl. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, optional umami seasoning, and apple cider vinegar. Toss together well.
Step 2
Air fry at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. I tossed halfway through. Every air fryer is different so you may need more or less time.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked brussel sprouts back to the same bowl. Add the chopped pistachios. Drizzle with honey. Toss together again. Season as desired with salt and pepper.
