I did the Stovetop method & used up some ground chicken that was in my freezer. I also used vermicelli noodles that have been hanging out too l9ng in my pantry! I replaced snow peas with my frozen edamame. I didn't have peanuts on hand, but put a dallop of peanut butter on my portion.
My family gobbled it up! It was absolutely delicious!
