Instructions

Step 1
cut up and fry smoked sausage intill turning brown.
Step 2
add diced onion to sausage and sauté until softened
Step 3
add garlic and saute until fraigrant then add chicken stock to deglaze pan
Step 4
add cajun seasoning of choice stir and add pasta on top pressing down to get most under the surface of the liquid in the pot
Step 5
pour 1 can of diced tomatoes to the top of the pasta to help cover and cook under pressure 4 minutes with a quick release after cooking time has elapsed.
Step 6
once all steam vented open lid and add cheese stir well then add heavy cream and mix well before serving add salt and pepper to taste if needed.
