Ingredients

200gtuna
diced
1tomato
diced
0.5red pepper
diced
1 Tbspcapers
2 Tbspsun-dried tomatoes oil
the oil from a jar of sun-dried tomatoes, or extra virgin olive oil
1 pinchsalt
1 pinchpepper
7gbasil
5gparsley
20mlextra virgin olive oil
100gstracciatella cheese
the filling of burrata
20gpistachios
crushed
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tuna, tomato, red pepper, and capers in small pieces and add it to a big bowl.
Step 2
Add the sun-dried tomatoes oil, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
Step 3
Place the mixture in the round-shaped tin and press it well. Take out the tin.
Step 4
Create a little dimple in the middle of the tartare. Place the stracciatella in it.
Step 5
Add the basil, parsley and oil to a blender and blend till smooth.
Step 6
Drizzle the basil/parsley oil around the tartare. Sprinkle the pistachios on top.
