Lovely base recipe but for my taste another veg so I added courgette sliced into fingers . I would double the sauce, increase the ginger and chilli ratio as it was a bit bland

Lacked flavour, would recommend more sauce. But Perhaps reduce that down then add that to the dish towards the end. So it wouldn't be sloppy wet stir fry.
