GARLIC LEMON TUNA PASTA w. CANNED TUNA

Added artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, and red bell peppers, subbed broccoli for peas and doubled the garlic. Also added black pepper, Italian seasoning, and dried red peppers. Used chickpea pasta instead of regular.

Really good, but add some Chilli and mayo

This is NOT a one-pot meal. You need one for cooking the pasta and another large enough for the cooked pasta and everything else, in which you saute the garlic and such. Aside from that, it's a fine recipe.

I didn't cook my peas long enough but over all it was alright I suppose. It was quick and easy but didn't have much of a taste other than lemon and tuna.

Really easy and cheap! I’m echoing the other comments here — add more lemon juice and garlic because this is quite a dry pasta without much flavor to cut through the tuna taste. I’ll be making this every month I think!

Made a few changes using what we had but looking forward to following the recipe closer next time! Used broccoli instead of peas, added onion and orange bell pepper. Seared onion, pepper, garlic and tuna in pan then added lime juice and added to pasta. Don’t recommend lime but it did its job.

Damn, this is probably one of *the* easiest and quickest recipe I've ever made! Definitely gonna be a go-to 😊 The only things I'd change would be to add 1 to 2 more tablespoons of lemon juice and extra garlic (the one tablespoon wasn't quite enough liquid by itself). Also you could totally do this as a one-pot recipe, instead of using a separate pan.
