Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps (better than P.F. Chang's)!

What would you all add for a side? Hubby said its an app not a meal!!! Good meal but added too much Pb 1 T snd needed more sauce for 1.5 lb meat. I’d make more sauce and possibly some to dip. thicker

I couldn’t find any water chestnuts but it was still very tasty.

Wondering how this might be with shrimp for the meat.. anyone ever try this?

Very tasty and quite easy to make, this is just about enough for three adults unless you have a side. The water chestnuts work well, but I don't think they're necessary if you have trouble finding them. Romaine lettuce works well since it doesn't tear easily or go limp, but doesn't really wrap the meat very well.

So good! I did a few tweaks: ground turkey instead of chicken, fresh ginger (4 tsp) & fresh garlic (4 cloves), didn’t have hoisin so used LITE Tamari, garlic chili sauce instead of sweet chili sauce, and added chopped asparagus as well, and omitted the fresh onion but added onion powder. It was a hit!

Best recipe I've tried by far! Followed measurements exactly & it was absolutely delicious! For my own preferences, next time I'll use less honey, more sweet chili sauce, and maybe a splash of sriracha.

Added real ginger root & garlic. About ¼ of each to pan with the pepper & water chestnuts. I cut them into small pieces.

I used ground turkey, fresh garlic and fresh ginger (because I had some on hand). This was sooooooooooo good. It’s a keeper for sure!

Amazing meal, I made it so that we could wrap our own & it was lovely. Easy to make & very filling.

I have a general preference for less sauce and only used half the sauce in the recipe and reserved the other half for others to add during their meal. I thought half the sauce was perfect. Also did not have sweet chilli sauce so added Sriracha and a bit more honey instead.

So good! Easy and delicious for the whole fam! It's very light, so I will be too make double the recipe for my family.

Forgot to take a picture because it was making my mouth water waiting to eat. So yummy! I left out water chestnuts, used a frozen mix of onion and bell peppers, and added a tablespoon of teriyaki. So delicious!

Less sun butter more hoisin sauce

I blitz veggies like zucchini, asparagus and broccoli and add it to this and it works really well to get extra nutrients

Made a double batch of this for lunch this week

Tasted great, easy to make. 4 year old loved it too! If you're feeling lazy, put it in a tortilla and then put lettuce in the tortilla too. I might reduce sesame oil next time but that's probably the only change I'd make.

One of our staple favorites! Double the sauce recipe and it is even better and more flavorful

I would probably add a little cornstarch/water mix to the sauce to thicken it before mixing it with the chicken.

Great, simple meal. Not necessarily for picky eaters but I really enjoyed. Eat carefully with lettuce so it doesn’t fall apart!

Substitutes: Cauliflower rice for water chestnuts and carrots for red peppers. Added lime juice while chicken was browning.
