Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add ground chicken and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
Step 2
Add chicken stock and white truffle paste, and simmer.
Step 3
Add cubed tofu and simmer. Taste, and add salt as you wish.
Step 4
Combine potato starch and water in a small bowl. Pour it into a skillet, and stair the tofu.
Step 5
Serve with sliced green onions.
