If you had to choose, would you go with blondies or brownies? I love both, but I definitely gravitate towards chocolate chip blondies! Making healthy and vegan blondies is no small task. These vegan blondies are probably my favorite blondie recipe ever! They're gooey and have an amazing texture despite being made with oat flour. Sometimes oat flour recipes come out crumbly, but the combination of tahini and apple sauce give these blondies the best texture. The combination of maple syrup and coconut sugar make this recipe refined sugar free, and also contribute to the gooey texture. This recipe is also made in one bowl, so it's super easy!
