Instructions
Step 1
• Take a bowl and put in it the amounts of protein powder in the required quantities and mix them before adding any liquid ingredients
Step 2
• Add a little water and then mix the ingredients until the mixture becomes the consistency of heavy cream
Step 3
Note - You can add water according to the consistency you want

• Take the bread and spread the protein cream on it
Step 5
Bring the required quantity of almonds and place them inside a small bag, then grind them by hitting them with a large spoon.
Step 6
• Add the ground almonds over the protein cream on the bread
Step 7
• Roll the bread into a sandwich shape and heat it in the microwave for 7 seconds
