Mix meal, oil, egg, seltzer .5 hour fridge. Boil for 30 minutes.
Soup, skin chicken, boil for 5 minutes then skim fat, add all ingredients except potato (thats last 30 min),
Boil 1.5- 2 hours then add egg noodles and serve with dill
