Tonight I made this✨Hearty Vegetable Soup✨ and it turned out amazing! Here’s the recipe: . - 1 lb stew beef - 1 box of vegetable broth - 1 cup squash - 1 can of kidney beans - 1 can of great northern beans - 1 can diced tomatoes - 1 celery stalk - 1 cup carrots - Badia complete seasoning . 1. Brown meat with garlic, onion, salt and pepper. 2. Add broth, beans, veggies and seasoning. 3. Cook until squash is soft, carefully scoop out carrots, celery and squash floating on top and blend to a purée. 4. Add back into stew and cook until meat is tender. .
