Instructions
Step 1
Bring a lightly oiled sauté pan to medium high heat. Add the onions and sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes. Add the potatoes and jalapenos and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Add the cheese, cilantro, and a bit of salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings.
Step 3
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 4
Roll out pie crust into small circles. Using a spoon, place cooked mixture into the center. Seal each half circle with water.
Step 5
Put on a greased pan and base 15-20 minutes until golden brown
