Instructions

Step 1
Mix together your mayo, milk, vinegar and sugar to create your slaw dressing

Add in your cole slaw mix, then toss and cover in fridge for at least 1 hour.

Build Your Bowl

Use the coleslaw as the base (about 6-8 oz), then add your pulled pork, corn, black beans, cheese, and pickles

Step 4
Break apart a piece of corn bread to create your corn bread topping. Top with bbq sauce and cilantro. Enjoy!
