Ingredients

1 lbBeef
thin sliced or finely chopped
2 cpsbroccoli florets
0.5 cpmushroom
sliced, optoinal
0.5 cpcarrot
grated- optional
0.25 cpSoy Sauce
2 Tbsprice wine vinegar
0.25 cpwater
cold
1 Tbsponion powder
½ Tbspgarlic powder
½ Tbspginger
granulated
⅛ tspsesame oil
1 tspred pepper flake
½ Tbspmushroom powder
optional
2 Tbspbrown sugar
1 Tbspcorn starch
add 1/2 tbsp more if tossing with rice noodles
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together everything less the protein and vegetables in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 2
Allow pan to heat over high heat until a drop of water dances across the pan surface.
Step 3
Add one tbsp of oil and 1/3 of the beef. Cook while stirring constantly. Set beef aside in a large heat proof bowl. *Repeat this for all the Beef*
Step 4
Allow pan to reheat, add mushrooms, saute 3-5 minutes.
Step 5
Add broccoli and carrots, cook 5-7 additional minutes.
Step 6
Set aside vegetables with prepared beef
Step 7
Add sauce to pan and stir constantly until it begins to thicken.
Step 8
Remove from heat and reintroduce the prepared meat with vegetables.
Step 9
Fold together, serve along side rice or noodles.
