Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the meat with salt and black pepper for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In a frying pan, put half the amount of butter and half the amount of oil, add the meat and fry for two minutes on a high heat.

Remove the meat from the pan, then add the rest of the butter and oil, saute the garlic for a minute, add cilantro, bell pepper, adjust seasoning, stirring for about 30 seconds.

Add lemon juice with pomegranate molasses, stirring for 30 seconds then remove the pan from the heat, add the meat, and adjust the salt & pepper and give it a quick mix.
Step 5
