Instructions
Step 1
Heat pan; add oil and garlic. When garlic starts to brown, remove. Add beef and fry a few minutes.
Step 2
Season with ginger, salt and pepper. Add bouillon and continue to cook, adding green peppers and onions.
Step 3
Add soy sauce, sugar, water and cornstarch mixed together.
Step 4
Cook mixture until it thickens, stirring slowly.
Step 5
Fold in water chestnuts. Serve over cooked rice.
