20cherry tomatoes
cut in half or quarters

0.5red onion
peeled finely sliced

2garlic cloves
peeled and finely chopped

1 teaspoonolive oil

¼ teaspoonsalt

¼ teaspoonground black pepper

½ teaspoonred pepper flakes
optional

1 teaspoonoregano

1tin haricot beans
drained and rinsed

1red Chilli
small, finely chopped, optional

0.5juice lemon
Instructions
Step 1
Once all ingredients are prepared, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Serve as a side dish at a BBQ, or even on toast for a light summer brunch. The dish will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
