Instructions

Step 1
In a large non-stick skillet heat 1 tbsp oil on medium-high heat. Add half of chicken and spread in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until browned. Remove and sit aside while cooking the remaining chicken.
Step 2
While the chicken is browning, combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 3
Return all chicken to skillet. Add the sauce and toss until evenly coated. Simmer for 2-4 minutes until sauce is thickened.
Step 4
Add to serving bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
