Guacamole
2avocados
1roma tomato
0.5red onion
1clove garlic
1lime
2 Tbspfresh coriander
½ tspchilli flakes
salt
pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Begin with finely chopping the onion, garlic, tomato and coriander.
Step 2
Slice open the avocados, remove the pit and scoop the inside into a pestle and mortar or mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add a pinch of salt and squeeze in a lime wedge. Mash until smooth.
Step 4
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Cook the bacon at 200c/390f for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
Step 6
Fry the egg.
Step 7
Toast the bagel, assemble and enjoy!
