Step 1
Toast your bagel.

Step 2
Fry an egg in an olive oil, gochujang, and garlic mixture. Add turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the egg.

Take your toasted bagel and smear cream cheese on it, then sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning.



Step 4
On the bagel add your spring mix and avocado.


Step 5
Add your fried egg onto the sandwich.

Add tomato on top of the egg
