Sourdough toast with egg, guac, & bacon

This was a throw together recipe for my lunch. Which would also make a great anytime meal!

Instructions
Step 1
Boil your egg (if boiling, separate the egg white from the yolk or you can do a full egg, yolk included) you can also scramble your egg.
Step 2
Toast your sourdough bread slices
Step 3
Prepare you guacamole with a fresh avocado by smashing with a fork & dicing your tomato & onion and then mix it in a bowl (or buy pre-made guac)
Step 4
Fry your bacon or use prepackaged bacon that you heat in the microwave. Pat your bacon with a paper towel to absorb the excess grease.
