Avocado and Coriander sauce - ‘Guasacaca’

2 steps
Prep:10min
Guasacaca Sauce, is the authentic name for this Venezuelan Avocado and Coriander sauce, and is my go-to for Cassava Fries, this Guasacaca sauce is a tangy guacamole-type sauce traditional from Venezuela and is a match made in heaven for fries, you can also use it for any Latin Style street food like empanadas, arepas, tacos, etc, it goes really well with bbq meats. It takes no time to make and it keeps in the fridge for at least two weeks, so I recommend you make a double batch cause you’ll be so obsessed with this one you’ll want to put it on everything. With its roots deeply ingrained in Venezuelan culinary culture, Guasacaca sauce brings an authentic taste that captures the essence of the country's vibrant street food scene.
