Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and ginger.






Step 2
Add the salmon and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.



Step 3
Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a roasting pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.



Step 4
Place the salmon fillets skin side down on the parchment paper and brush the top with extra marinade. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Roast in the oven at 400F until the flesh looks opaque and flakes off easily with a fork, about 10-12 minutes. Carefully transfer the salmon to plates and garnish with scallions. Serve with lime wedges.
