Heat olive oil

Fry garlic and chillies for 1 min

Add half of basil. Fry until basil wilts

Remove from pan

Pour chopped tomatoes in to pan. Readd spiced sauce

Simmer for 10mins+ until sauce thickens

Boil full kettle

Boil water. Add salt. Add pasta once ready

Once pasta is ready, remove from heat and save pasta water

Put together, using pasta water to loosen
