Spiral Cucumber Salad

Instructions

Step 1
Wash then cut the ends off the cucumbers. Place one cucumber between two chopsticks. Make thin diagonal slices then flip the cucumber over and cut the other side straight. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle salt on the cucumbers and be sure to get in between the slits. Let this sit for 20 minutes then rinse several times in cold water and then drain.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, agave, sesame oil, chili oil and garlic. Mix then pour over the cucumber and gently mix. Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy!
