Instructions

Pepper filling

Step 1
Place the pointed peppers on a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 200 degree grill station until the pepper skin becomes black. Flip them to roast them on both sides.
Step 2
Peel of the pepper skin and remove the stem.
Step 3
Slice the peppers and chop the parsley.
Step 4
Roast the pine seeds in a pan.
Step 5
To a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.

Wrap

Step 6
Drizzle the pomegranate balsamic cream on the front center of the wrap.
Step 7
Top it with the arugula and pepper filling.
Step 8
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 9
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
