Step 1
Slice the zucchini into small cubes.

Crumble the sausage.

Pour a spoon of olive oil in a pan and warm it up. When the oil is hot ease down the crumbled sausage. Roast the sausage until is crunchy and then take it out of the pan.

In the same pan, ease down the zucchini and roast them until they are crunchy too. Take the zucchini out from the pan and keep aside.

Prepare the pasta. Cook it in salty boiling water as long as indicated on the box. For this dish, it might be better to choose a short type of pasta. While the pasta is getting ready, proceed with the sauce.

Take the pan where you cooked the sausage and the zucchini. Put it back on the stove and make sure there is not too much oil or grease in it. Switch on the heat and keep it low. Pour the heavy cream into the pan and stir. Add a couple of spoon of boiling water from the pasta pot and the gorgonzola cheese. Stir and let the cheese melt.

When the pasta is ready, strain it and put it in the pan with sauce. Add the sausage and the zucchini, too. Increase the heat and stir the pasta for a couple of minutes, adding a handful of grated parmesan.
