Instructions
Step 1
scrub potatoes, poke holes with a fork, season with olive oil and salt, and put potatoes on a sheet pan in the oven at 400 degrees for about an hour

-cut chicken into cubes and season with a little bit of salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Step 3
-add flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning to a container
Step 4
-lightly coat chicken in flour/seasoning mixture

-shake off excess flour

-heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat

-cook chicken until done and reaches 165 degrees

-toss chicken in garlic Parmesan sauce

-cut potatoes open and top with mozzarella cheese, chicken, and more mozzarella cheese
