Crispy Chilli and Lime Borlotti Beans

A tasty snack made in the airfryer or oven. Eat as a snack, or add to salad for a crispy, protein, and fibre packed crunch. Experiment with other flavours such as rosemary and thyme for a mediterranean flavour or add a spot of honey for a sweet hit.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the airfyer / oven at 200c.
Step 2
Dry the beans by patting with kitchen roll or a clean tea towel.
Step 3
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 4
Tip the beans into the airfryer basket or roasting tin. Cook for 15 minutes in the airfryer or 20-22 minutes in the oven.
Step 5
Stir once halfway. The beans will split in the process, adding more crunch!
