Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil, fry off onion and garlic until fragrant.
Step 2
Throw in white beans, parsley leaves and stems, and 1/2 cup of water
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add lemon zest, lemon juice and chilli flakes.
Step 6
Cook on low heat for another 10 minutes.
Step 7
Serve over crusty bread.
