Mashed Potatoes
THANKSGIVING SERIES EP. 2 (sour cream & onion mashed potatoes) 🦃
Ingredients:
~6 yukon gold potatoes
1 head garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion
+ chives and extra parm for garnish 🫶

Instructions
Step 1
Roast head of garlic at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes
Step 2
Chop potatoes and boil
Start them in cold water then bring to a boil
Step 3
Caramelize onions
Step 4
Mash potatoes, add butter, sour cream, Parmesan and the roasted garlic head
Step 5
Season and top with Parmesan, caramelized onions, chives
