Instructions

Step 1
Roast head of garlic at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes
Step 2
Chop potatoes and boil Start them in cold water then bring to a boil
Step 3
Caramelize onions
Step 4
Mash potatoes, add butter, sour cream, Parmesan and the roasted garlic head
Step 5
Season and top with Parmesan, caramelized onions, chives
